Laura Novak, MPS, MS
Ms. Laura Novak is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology (Civilian Track). Prior to her entry into the doctoral program, she worked as a Scientific Program Coordinator in support of the Suicide CPR Initiative, and in various positions to support research at the Department of Defense Deployment Health Clinical Center and the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury. She earned her M.S. in Clinical Psychology from USU, her M.P.S. in Clinical Psychological Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her B.S. in Psychology from Towson University. Laura’s program of research focuses on factors associated with help-seeking among suicidal individuals. Laura is currently completing her internship at the Philadelphia VA.
